Yes, Sullivan Productions is fully insured and can provide copies to the venue as well.
Yes. While we largely do weddings and school events, we do a lot of Corporate Events and private parties, or any other function where you desire an uncompromising DJ.
We are there for the customer, it is not about us. We don’t announce music titles like a radio station. We focus on the quality of the music and the services being delivered. We do provide crisp and clear announcements, coordinating with important milestones with an event to ensure smooth transitions, and focus on the crowd to ensure the right music being played at the right volumes and at the right time.
As soon as you select Sullivan Productions, we will begin to coordinate with you, your vendors, your planner, and do everything to provide you as stress-free of a process as possible. This means making sure you are comfortable with the level of service we provide for you, going over all the details to make sure we have all the necessary details, going over a final proposal, everything to make your event successful. Each vendor should have YOU in mind and not themselves.
Absolutely! We will work with you on whichever method you are most comfortable with. With weddings, you will have access to the online planner that has everything detailed out. For other events, we will provide you with an email outlining the details to make sure we are on the same page.
Of course! A contract protects both YOU the client and Sullivan Productions.
Yes, we do. Having a backup is critical to ensure that your event has no unplanned interruptions.
Yes, if for some reason we are unable to perform on the day of your event, we will ensure a high-quality wedding DJ will be in place for you and that is discussed ahead of time.
It’s your event, most definitely. You can build your request list through the online planner and we will do everything we can to take requests at the event. Typically, we prefer clients to request around 20 songs for the evening. This allows us to learn about the music you like (and dislike) and we can tailor the rest of the music with that as the foundation.
